§ Mr. Proctorasked the Secretary of State for Energy (1) if he is satisfied with the present security arrangements for the national meter-sealing system and, in particular, for other sealing pliers used by the area electricity boards to seal meters under regulations issued by his Department; and if he will make a statement;
(2) if he will make a statement with regard to his proposed review of the existing electricity meter legislation concerning the risk and incidence of the fraudulent and illicit use of sealing pliers.
