§ Q13. Mr. Lathamasked the Prime Minister whether she will outline the latest position regarding the United Kingdom's budgetary refund from the European Economic Community.
§ The Prime MinisterThe Community has a commitment to pay us the refund agreed at the European Council in Stuttgart. We shall not agree to any increase in own resources which does not have as its counterpart a satisfactory budget settlement. That must include the 1983 refund.
