§ Mr. RidleyThe British Railways Board, British Airways and the British Airports Authority publish a wide range of performance indicators in their annual reports and accounts. The choice of indicators is a matter for the boards themselves and does not require ministerial agreement. I have recently encouraged the Civil Aviation Authority to give high priority to the development of meaningful performance indicators.
