§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThe Government make a contribution to the WHO which is not tied to any particular activity. The United Kingdom Government's assessed contribution for 1984 totals £7.5 million.
In addition, the ODA is prepared to consider requests from developing countries in receipt of aid for assistance with the implementation of the action programme.
