HC Deb 30 March 1984 vol 57 c318W
Mr. Robert Hughes

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he is now in a position to give a decision in principle on the redevelopment of the Royal Cornhill hospital as planned by Grampian health board.

Mr. John MacKay

As indicated in my letter of 28 March to the hon. Member, the Grampian health board has been asked to provide further information in support of its application for approval in principle. It is therefore not possible to give a final decision at this stage, though I am hopeful that further progress can be made soon.
