§ Mr. Andrew F. Bennettasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department when the investigation into complaints about the police treatment of the late Alan Tschelebinski will be complete and the results of the investigation announced.
§ Mr. HurdThe investigation has been completed. A report of the investigation has been submitted to the Police Complaints Board for its consideration and the hon. Member will be told of the outcome in due course.
