§ Mr. ButcherI am pleased to say that there is now evidence of an upturn in the fortunes of the automotive industry in the Rugby-Coventry area. Most noticeable examples are the recent announcement of a £20 million investment at Talbot's Ryton plant, and the continuing encouraging reports from Jaguar.
