Member for Exeter on 15 March, Official Report, column 221, from which organisations he received representations during the consultation on the working party report on medical standards for heavy goods and public vehicle drivers; what were the views of these organisations on the proposals 171W made with regard to insulin-dependent diabetic heavy goods vehicle drivers; which of these organisations were in favour of the proposals and which were against; and whether he expects to make any changes to the Heavy Goods Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 1977 or any other regulations.
