§ Mr. LeeThe contract has been awarded to RCA Ltd., for five years from 1 October 1984. It is not Government practice to disclose details about the cost or nature of defence contracts, but the expected annual savings from the Woolwich contract are substantial. Over the last 12 months, and excluding a few small value orders, RCA Ltd, has been awarded 12 other defence contracts, on a range of subjects including for example, defence accommodation stores work at Royal Air Force Quedgeley.
