§ Mr. Freudasked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) if the trustees of the Health Promotion Research Trust were informed of the source of the trust's funding;
(2) if the trustees invited to serve on the Health Promotion Research Trust were informed of the proviso that there must be no research into tobacco-related disease; and if he will publish in the Official Report the terms and conditions of their engagement and the information they were given about the trust's work;
165W(3) if Dr. Jonathan Miller has resigned as a trustee of the Health Promotion Research Trust; and if he will make a statement on his reasons for this resignation.
