§ Mr. Wyn RobertsThe net capital expenditure figures for local authority housing which formed part of the Welsh local authority cash limits for the years 1979–80 to 1984–85 are as follows:

In 1983–84 the original provision of £76 million was augmented by £42 million in December as part of the cash limit increase announced by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State on 21 December 1983, at columns 297–98.
