asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what is the percentage unemployment rate in the construction industry in Belfast; and how many craftsmen in each of the respective trades are unemployed.

The percentage of construction employees in the Belfast travel-to-work area who were unemployed on 9 February 1984 was 41 per cent. The breakdown by occupation is as follows:
