HC Deb 26 March 1984 vol 57 c1W
Mr. Bowen Wells

asked the Prime Minister whether she is satisfied with the co-ordination of the Treasury, Overseas Development Administration and Trade Departments when making decisions on aid and trade projects.

The Prime Minister

The Government recognise the full importance of support to British companies bidding for capital projects overseas. The arrangements for agreeing the use of the aid and trade provision are kept under review to ensure that it may be used rapidly and effectively.
