§ Mr. AncramThere are no circumstances in which a prisoner in Scotland is denied the opportunity to practise his religion or to see a chaplain or, as far as practicable, a minister of his own denomination. A prisoner may be debarred from attending a religious service only if the governor considers that he would be likely to create a disturbance.
