§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThe North-East Thames regional health authority and the district health authorities concerned are still considering plans for the proposed local reprovision of services currently provided at Friern and Claybury hospitals and decisions on bed numbers and revenue transfers have not yet been taken.
