§ Mr. Wyn RobertsThe number of dwellings owned by public housing authorities in Wales was estimated to be 307,000 at 1 July 1979, and 278,000 at 31 December 1983. During the intervening period 36,730 dwellings were sold, 12,584 new dwellings were completed and 498 dwellings were acquired.
