Friend the Under-Secretary of State for Defence Procurement said on 2 February 1984 when winding up the RAF debate, discussions are in progress on possible future modifications to the Nimrod MR Mk 2 which may involve a return-to-works programme. These discussions are continuing and I have nothing to add at this stage.
