asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what representations he has received from the Law Society regarding the use of the Lion Intoximeter 3000; and whether he will summarise them in the Official Report.

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he plans to meet the Association of Police Surgeons to discuss its recent study of the Lion Intoximeter 3000.

We would welcome an opportunity for Home Office officials to discuss with the Association of Police Surgeons its study of the Lion Intoximeter 3000. I understand that the completed report of its study is not yet available.
