§ Dr. Boyson[pursuant to his reply, 8 March 1984, c. 683]: In reply to the hon. Member's question I said that in December 1982 the average value of supplementary benefit heating additions was £2.54. The average value was in fact £2.78. I apologise to the hon. Member for the mistake.
