Whether they have seen the full statements of four out of five members of the Central Election Council in El Salvador that the 1982 elections there were fraudulent; and whether they still accept the conclusions of the official British observers that they were not.
§ Baroness YoungWe have no reports of any formal statements made by members of the Central Election Council criticising the 1982 elections. We accept the conclusions of the British observers that the election results were fair.
