§ Mr. RifkindMy right hon. and learned Friend raised the question of human rights with Mr. Gromyko when they met in Stockholm on 19 January. We shall continue to take suitable opportunities to raise this subject, including the question of Jewish emigration from the Soviet Union, with the Soviet authorities.
