§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Attorney-General if he will list all files held by the Public Records Office relating to the Falkland Islands Dependencies which are subject to a period of closure in excess of 30 years, stating in each case when the period of 30 years after which it would otherwise be released, elapsed or will elapse, and on which of the criteria for extended closure under section 5(1) of the Public Records Act 1958 the application was granted.
