§ Mr. Shersbyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he intends to issue the new development control policy note dealing with amusement centres.
§ Mr. MacfarlaneI have today sent a draft development control policy note to the local authority associations and other interested bodies, inviting their comments. The note deals generally with questions raised by service uses in shopping areas, and supersedes advice on amusement centres only which was issued in 1969. Copies of the draft are available to any interested person or groups from my Department, and comments are asked for by the end of May.
