The Russian text of my right hon. Friend's reply will have been widely read in the Soviet Union, since it was published in the 10 March edition of the Soviet newspaper, Komsomolskaya Pravda. The contents were also reported on the BBC's Russian service. The 30 individual replies were not delivered to the Soviet embassy in London, but were sent direct to the addressees.
