§ Mr. Steenasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if Her Majesty's Government will consider providing financial assistance to the Government of St. Vincent for the extension of the runway at Amos Vale airport by a further 2,500 ft into the sea up to Black Nancy.
§ Mr. RaisonHer Majesty's Government would be ready to consider making a contribution to such a project within the limits of available resources and subject to appraisal. The St. Vincent Government have been advised accordingly.
