§ Mr. Tom KingThe United Kingdom is playing a full part in discussions within the European Community on ways of improving job prospects. I therefore welcome the two opportunities which I or my colleagues will soon have to discuss employment matters of mutual concern to member states, at the Standing Committee on Employment on 10 May and the Labour and Social Affairs Council on 7 June.
