§ Mr. Wyn RobertsAccording to local authority capital payment returns, 11 authorities had exhausted their insulation grant allocations by 31 December 1983. However, only two have formally notified the Department that they have suspended these grants: others may have done so while others may have supplemented their insulation grant allocations from other sources.
