§ Mr. AncramUnder the urban programme the Scottish Development Department has approved expenditure of £80,963 by Strathclyde regional council in 1983–84 in respect of local citizens' advice bureaux, which attracts grant at the rate of 75 per cent. Local authorities may make grants to local citizens' advice bureaux out of their general revenues, which receive support through rate support grant which is not hypothecated.
