§ Mr. David MitchellFollowing my answer of 17 February 1984, at column342, I am repeating the information, with the figures under "Historic cost £ million" for "31 March 1982" and "31 March 1983" prefaced by a minus sign. Previously, brackets around these figures were omitted due to a printing error in the Official Report.
