§ Dr. Cunninghamasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish a list of all those local authorities whose block grant receipts in 1983–84 were below those in (a) 1982–83 and (b) 1981–82 showing (i) the percentage reduction, (ii) the cash reduction, (iii) the cash reduction as a penny rate poundage and (iv) the cash reduction per head of population.
