§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether any account is taken, when deciding on eligibility for attendance allowance, as to the nature of the provider of the accommodation in which the applicant resides.
§ Mr. NewtonPayment of the allowance ceases after the first four weeks if the accommodation is provided by a local authority, or in a National Health Service hospital, or in a voluntary or private home where the cost of accommodation is or may be met in whole or in part out of public funds.
