§ Mr. McNamaraasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether he will publish an official report on the ratio of deaths per violent incident in Northern Ireland on a yearly basis over the past 10 years.
§ Mr. Scott[pursuant to his reply, 12 March 1984, c. 72]: The ratio's of deaths per violent incident are maintained only where those incidents are related to the security situation and involve the use of firearms or explosives.
