§ Mr. Craigenasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will make a statement on the report of the review Committee on Housing Co-operatives in Scotland established by the Tenant Participation Advisory Service and Co-operative Union Education Service, a copy of which was sent to the Scottish Development Department.
