§ Mr. ScottIn 1982–83 the Department of Education for Northern Ireland paid £65,700 to the Northern Ireland Association of Citizens' Advice Bureaux in respect of its headquarter services to local bureaux, and £75,735 to district councils in respect of their expenditure on local bureaux.
