Which waste disposal authorities in Great Britain have not yet:

  1. (a) prepared a waste disposal plan for their area, in accordance with their duty under Section 2 of the Control of Pollution Act 1974;
  2. (b) publicised a draft plan in their area in accordance with Section 2(3)(b) of the Act.

(a) The following waste disposal authorities have not yet finally determined a waste disposal plan for their area in accordance with Section 2 of the Control of Pollution Act 1974:

In addition, the following English waste disposal authorities have reached the stage of seeking the Secretary of State's consent to those provisions in their plans that are the subject of objection by another waste disposal authority: Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, Northamptonshire, Suffolk, West Midlands.

(b) The following waste disposal authorities in England and Scotland have not yet publicised a draft plan in their area in accordance with Section 2(3)(b) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974.
