§ 42. Mr. Michael Forsythasked the Solicitor-General for Scotland if he will make a statement on the effect of the policy of non-harassment of travelling people in Stirling.
§ The Solicitor-General for ScotlandThe policy of non-harassment relates only to unauthorised camping. One factor affecting the decision in a particular case to depart from it is the availability of alternative sites. I understand it is now the decision of Stirling district council to provide such sites.
