§ Mr. WaddingtonThere is no formal code of practice, but written instructions applying to the computer system as a whole include a provision that data may only he retrieved on the written authority of one of a small number of designated NTVLRO senior officers; and all NTVLRO staff with access to personal data are instructed that it may not be disclosed to a third party.
