§ Mr. Fosterasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he will publish the results of inquiries undertaken by the Manpower Services Commission into the health and safety provisions of the youth training scheme.
§ Mr. Peter Morrison[pursuant to his reply, 2 March 1984, c. 390]: The Manpower Services Commission keeps all aspects of the youth training scheme, including its health and safety provisions, under review. It has commissioned a study on accidents to trainees on the youth opportunities programme and I will make available any conclusions drawn from the study.
