HC Deb 13 March 1984 vol 56 cc104-5W
Mr. John Morris

asked the Attorney-General why free copies of the judgment of the Court of Appeal in the recent case of Wales v. Greater London council were given to certain newspapers but not to the Construction Law Digest.

The Attorney-General

Where the court has prepared a written judgment, free copies are normally given to counsel, the law reporters and the representatives of the press present in court. I assume that no representative of theConstruction Law Digest was present.
