§ Mr. Corrieasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when he expects to receive the report of the Parliamentary Boundary Commission for Scotland on its review of European Assembly constituencies.
§ Mr. YoungerOn 7 March I received the Commission's report on its review of European Assembly constituencies. As required by the House of Commons (Redistribution of Seats) Act 1949 and the European Assembly Elections Act 1978, I shall lay the report as soon as may be, together with the draft of an Order in Council for giving effect, whether with or without modifications, to the recommendations contained in the report.
