§ Mr. WaldegraveFull implementation of the recommendations of the working party on sewage disposal relating to discharges of crude sewage would be very expensive. The installation of a satisfactory out-fall can produce a substantial improvement in water quality but the cost can be of the order of rnillions of pounds for a single scheme.
