§ Mr. WaddingtonThe Aliens Act 1905 was repealed in 1920 and the subsequent immigration provisions relating to foreign nationals has been replaced by the Immigration Act 1971. The procedures adopted by police forces to enforce current immigration provisions are a matter for each individual chief officer. If the hon.
