§ Mr. Gouldasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, further to the reply dated 13 July, Official Report,column 358, concerning trade with the EEC in certain trade headings subject to high rates of duty, whether he will specify the number of individual code numbers which would have to be specified separately because they do not comprise the whole or nearly the whole of a single trade heading in five digits; and whether the trade figures themselves can be extracted from the computer.
§ Mr. Kenneth BakerThere are 26 tariff code numbers of this nature. There is no computer programme available which would enable the figures to be produced.
