§ Mr. WhitneyYes. Resident diplomatic representation will be re-established shortly in both El Salvador and Nicaragua. It is envisaged that first secretaries will be appointed to take up residence as charges d'affaires. The ambassadors in Tegucigalpa and San Jose will continue to be accredited as non-resident ambassadors at San Salvador and Managua respectively.
