§ Mr. Favellasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry (1) pursuant to the answer of 6 March, what action was taken by the radio interference service when it found the KFM radio station; whether the service sought to impound the transmitter; whether any further steps are to be taken to prevent further transmissions; and if he will make a statement;
(2) pursuant to the answer of 6 March, what steps are being taken to locate the operators of the KFM radio station; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. FletcherI do not think it would be in the public interest to disclose additional details on action taken or planned against a particular pirate radio station. However, if my hon. Friend has any particular point to raise on this case perhaps he would write to me.
