§ Mr. ButlerTable 1 sets out the number of manufacturing jobs in various industrial groups in Northern Ireland in June of each year from 1960 to 1983. The year of peak employment in each group is identified by underlining of the appropriate figures in the table. Table 2 identifies the number unemployed in the various industrial groups as at 12 January 1984.
