Bennettasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will ensure that: the National Advisory Board's report on its questions about the future of higher education is published, and that copies of all the submissions the National Advisory Board received in reply to its questionnaire are placed in the Library unless they were marked confidential when submitted.
§ Mr. BrookeIt is for respondents to the NAB's consultative document of June 1983 to consider whether their replies should be published. My right hon. Friend intends to publish the NAB submission on the future development of higher education, which he expects to receive from the Committee in the early autumn. This will contain a summary of the responses received: I shall take the NAB's advice on whether this should be supplemented by placing any individual responses in the Library.
