§ Mrs. ChalkerNo changes have been made in the last 12 months in road design standards relating to cycling, but advice is being prepared on junctions where cyclists can be at risk.
§ Mr. Skinnerasked the Secretary of State for Transport what projects have been carried out by his Department in the last 12 months in respect of the following cycle experiments in urban areas (a) use of bus facilities by cyclists, (b) marked cyclepaths at busy junctions and(c) exemptions for cyclists from traffic orders.
