§ Mr. Tom Coxasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will call for a full report from the chief constable of Lancashire of the incident which took place at Altcar, Lancashire, on 22 February, involving Mr. Edward Coulston; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. HurdThe chief constable tells me that a man has been charged with an offence in relation to injuries sustained by Mr. Coulston. It would not be right for me to comment further, as the matter is sub judice.
