asked the Secretary of State for Social Services what information he has as to how many people are currently receiving treatment for drug addiction as (a) inpatients in hospitals, (b) outpatients and (c) in rehabilitation centres run by organisations that are outside the National Health Service; and what is the drop-out rate at these centres.
